Joining Wahaya IT

What changes when you join, step by step.

Joining asks a few things of you. We do the rest in stages, and your office keeps running.

Owner-operated in Baton Rouge since 2003

The same four steps

What happens, in order

01

Learn your business

First comes the risk conversation, a sit-down with you. You come away knowing where your gaps are.

02

Plan what it needs

Your quote arrives by email, each service on its own line, and you accept it from the link.

03

Build in two phases

First we get you running and simplify anything overbuilt. Then we lock everything down in stages.

  • Run
  • Lock down

04

Grow on what’s there

Add people or a location, and we build onto what’s there.

At onboarding

Our owner performs your onboarding compliance review.

It finds the gaps to fix first, and it shapes the agreement.

Which rules apply to you

If you’re leaving another IT company, read switching IT companies.

Once you’re in

What you’ll see

Your setup, written down

We document the work as we go, so nobody works out your setup from scratch again.

Business reviews at your pace

Monthly, quarterly, twice a year, or on your own time in the client portal. You see each person’s training score and every ticket.

One place to ask for help

Reach us through the taskbar app, the web portal, email or phone, and call for anything urgent. Around-the-clock help desk support is available if you need it.

Your part

What joining asks of you

Backup and training from the start

Every client we manage has backup and security awareness training. If either is missing, we set it up as you join.

You name who approves changes

You name a Primary IT Contact, or a few, who approve changes to your users and data.

A spending limit you set

You set a limit we can spend without asking, so we don’t stop work to wait for your yes.

One letter per vendor

Sign one letter for each vendor, and we deal with your internet, phone, copier and alarm companies.

The first step is a 15-minute call.

15 minutes

Tell us what you’re trying to accomplish and how your office runs today.

We’ll tell you what we’d look at first and what joining asks of you.

If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.
