WCAG 2.2 level AA is our target for this website. This statement is not a certification.
How we check
These are the checks we use. Our most recent review, on October 22, 2026, covered automated scans of every page and keyboard and small-screen checks of key pages. The screen reader, zoom, high-contrast and print checks have not been done yet.
- Automated scans of every page type.
- Every task done by keyboard alone.
- A screen reader on a computer and a screen reader on a phone.
- Pages at 320 pixels wide, and text zoomed to 200% and 400%.
- High-contrast display settings, and pages printed on paper.
What works on every page
- Everything works by keyboard, with a visible focus ring and a skip link.
- Forms have no time limits.
- Nothing moves on its own.
- Text zooms to 200% without losing anything.
- Help sits in the same place on every page: the client portal, the phone and Contact us.
- No pop-ups, chat windows or overlay widgets.
We review this statement when the site changes, and at least once a year.
